Biography
origin and scope
Alex Erikson is originally from Stockholm, Sweden and has lived and worked out of New York City for the last three decades, with his work spanning from actor, artist, casting director, creative director, celebrity host, celebrity judge, dancer, financier, recruiter, producer for special events, film and TV to travel concierge.
appearance and talent
His work as an agent, manager and casting director for the last 20 years, includes Wilhelmina Creative, A+ Models and Ingrid French Management. Alex has appeared as a featured host for five seasons on the TV show Dance Moms with Abby Lee Miller, currently shown in 120 countries worldwide. He was the co-founder, director and host for the international dance competition Sheer Talent nationwide as well as in Costa Rica, Mexico and Panama for 8 seasons. He has also judged for Miss America, East Coast USA Pageant and numerous talent shows worldwide.
SCreen and Stage
United States performing credits range from TV’s All My Children, Days of Our Lives, Divinyls, Sex & the City, Sheila E and The View to VH1. Stage work include New York City Lincoln Center’s Metropolitan Opera Ballet’s Aida with Luciano Pavarotti at the Metropolitan Opera House and New York City Opera’s Carmina Ballet by Donald Byrd at the David H. Koch Theater on Broadway. Alex was featured as Ken and as the Swan Prince for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. International credits include World Gymnaestrada VII in Zurich, Switzerland; Rai Uno Taormina Film Fest with Alain Delon in Taormina, Italy and Busan International Dance Festival with Catanach Ballet Theater in Busan, Korea. Alex also starred in the worldwide release of the feature film Rites of Spring.

Now and Onwards
Alex currently travels internationally as a creative artist and VIP host/judge and serves as an executive producer for TV shows and feature films including the dance documentary Further Forward Before Time and the upcoming television series: And Then There’s the Truth in which he also is starring. Alex is also be featured in Abby Lee Miller’s upcoming reality competition show Abby Lee Dance With Me Season 9 as a VIP judge and producer on Patreon and YouTube.
